    If I could I will not even give one star. Took alot of money and did nothing for it. I would of been better hiring a homeless person off the streets. No help at all. I did all the work. Bad attorney needs to go back to school.

    this was complete bologna....! i sighed up through a vendor of agent who never confirmed my address and set me up for a completely different state... never confirmed my effective date. when i attempted to get info on my policy all state rep. was not helpful. finally my agent contacts me and says he has to cancel policy because they dont have a licence to sell in my state. and no further assistance for another agent that is licenced in my state. just nothing

    I worked with Timothy Petreikis of Accord Realty to purchase my first home. Timothy was extremely helpful - beginning with negotiating with my landlord to prematurely end a lease, finding a new home, recommending lawyers and mortgage brokers, communicating with said lawyers and brokers - all through to the closing. He was always prompt and courteous in answering any questions or concerns I had, and was also knowledgeable about construction, so I would recommend having him check any places for renovation ideas or construction deal-breakers before even having an inspector over. Would definitely contact him again for any home considerations I have in the future.
